Dorothy E. Perrine, 72 of Meadville, passed away at her home on Monday, February 12, 2018, surrounded by her family. Born, June 13, 1945 in Oil City, she was the daughter of Zella Mae Butler Bickel. She married Jerry Perrine on September 22, 1993 and he survives.
She was a graduate of Rocky Grove High School and worked at Polk State Center until she retired in 1999.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 24 years, 3 daughters, Michelle (Mike) Shaffer of Carlton, Charity (Luke) Cage of Erie, Christy (Dwight) Crocker of Grove City, and two sons, Brian (Lauren) Clulow of San Diego, CA and Jeremy (Tracy) Perrine of Erie.
She was a loving grandmother and will be missed by her grandchildren, Nicole, Sarah, Leah, Kaylee, Jaslene, Gabby, Jayden, Bryce and Rylee. Also, her sisters, Mary Geist of Butler, Joy Bickel of Folkston, GA, Lois Waterson of Butler, Alerda Freeman of Newark, OH, Virginia McElhaney of Cherrytree, Ruth Nelson of Tucson, AZ, Helen McNelly of Lucasville, OH, Bonnie Deeter of Franklin, and Carol Lennon of Riceville, TN, and two brothers William Bickel of Woodberry, GA and Paul Bickel of Seneca and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, 3 brothers George, Raymond and David Bickel.
Friends and family will be received at the DICKSON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 123 S. Franklin St., Cochranton on Friday, February 16, 2018 from noon until 2:00pm when Rev. Ray Martinez of the Living Waters Church will hold a Celebration of Life Service.
Interment will be in the Cochranton Cemetery.
