Edward Louis Muise, 91, died on February 10, 2018, at his residence. He was born on August 30, 1926, in Wakefield, MA, a son of Frank and Marie (Frotten) Muise. Ed retired from the Ames Mill in Palmyra and was a member of the Church of God in Newport.
He is survived by a son, Robert of Presque Isle; five daughters, Patsy and husband, Gary Roberts, of CT, Rosemary Simonds of MA, Julia and husband, Randy Langley, of Augusta, Madeline Muise of Carmel, Elizabeth and husband, Gregory Lasselle, of Pittsfield; three brothers, George Muise, James and wife, Marie Muise, Roger and wife, Donna Muise, and a sister, Rose Moulison, all of Nova Scotia; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife, Dorothy, and his second wife, Lillian, as well as several brothers and sisters.
Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 14th, 2018, with the Rev.
