Jeffrey L. Thomas, 58, of Countryside Village, Selinsgrove, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at UPMC Sunbury Hospital.
He was born Aug. 17, 1959, in Ashland, a son of Kathryn (Kashner) Thomas, of Selinsgrove and the late Richard E. Thomas.
Jeffrey was a graduate of Penn View Bible Institute.
He was previously employed by Kinney Shoe factory and later at the Sunbury Community Hospital, Perkins, and most recently at Northwestern Human Services.
Jeffrey was a balloon artist in his spare time and touched many people throughout his life.
Surviving in addition to his mother are two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Christina Thomas and Matthew and Randi Fanning; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dayna and Donald Diotte and LaDonna and Russell Yetter; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister-in-law; five sisters and three brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one grandson; one brother; two sisters; and three brothers-in-law.
Friends and family will be received from 6to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Pheasant Funeral Home, 316 W. Market St., Beavertown and from 10 to 11a.m. Monday at the Port Ann Wesleyan Church, Troxelville Road, followed by the funeral at 11, with Pastor Paul Sheets officiating.
Burial will follow in the Beavertown God's Missionary Church, Cemetery.
