Marshall Ellis White passed away on Feb. 2nd, 2018 at his home in Mineral Wells, Texas.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on 2018-02-19 at First Presbyterian Church, 300 Northwest 4th Street, Mineral Wells, TX, USA 76067.
He was born in Mineral Wells, Texas on Jan. 27th, 1938.
Marshall attended University of Texas, He was a newspaper reporter, served in the US Army for 35 years, as an MP and paratrooper, retiring as Lt. Col. Taught school as an elementary teacher and a school bus driver in Mineral Wells, was active in Little League Baseball, Boy Scouts, Civil Air Patrol and The Palo Pinto Community Playhouse, MENSA and NOAA weather-spotters. His favorite sports team was the Dallas Mavericks.
He is survived by children: Bekah White (Bill Pennington), Drew White (Wendy), Kerry (Ayla Ricci). Mother of his children: Carol Doggett. Siblings: Janelle Burkhalter (Waymon), John White (Ludmilla). 9 Grandchildren: Kristoffer (Jennifer), Kaitlyn (Matt) and Kole. Japheth and Finley. Joshua, Kalum, Liliana and Maxten. 4 great-grandchildren: Destiny, Dillan, Sebastian and Jayde. And his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Ellis and Janie White and brother Donald White.
