Yuma McConathy, 91, of Anderson, passed away on Feb. 13, 2018, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 5, 1926, in Kingman, Indiana, and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Yuma graduated from Anderson High School in 1944, and she worked for MCL Cafeteria.
She was a member of Fifth Street United Methodist Church. She enjoyed shopping, eating out, reading, walking, and spending time with her family.
Yuma is survived by her daughter, Rosanna Leigh; son, Andy McConathy; grandchildren, Mason McConathy and Ed Spencer; and great-grandchildren, Camille Spencer and Nate Spencer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis McConathy; mother, Effie Lewis; father, Edward Lewis; daughter, Rita Spencer; brother, Chaska Lewis, and her niece, Phyllis Swingle.
Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at the funeral home.
Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fifth Street United Methodist Church.
